Refund policy

At ReyNova Store, all products are made to order specifically for each customer. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

  • Incorrect color selected by the customer

  • Change of mind

  • Buyer's remorse

Please review product descriptions and sizing information carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us within 30 days of delivery at hello@reynova.store and include clear photos showing the issue.

If the claim is approved, we will provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

You do not need to return the damaged item unless specifically requested.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled only before production begins. Once production has started, cancellations or modifications are no longer possible.

European Union Customers

For customers in the European Union, the 14-day withdrawal right does not apply to goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized. Since our products are made to order, they are generally exempt from the standard 14-day withdrawal period.

This does not affect your legal rights regarding defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied items.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
